When you use the desktop client, purchase a license, or activate the software, we process only the minimum necessary information:
- Order & Billing Information: The email address used to receive your activation code, selected plan type, order amount, merchant order number, and payment status. Payment processing is handled directly by official Alipay or Stripe checkouts—we never access your payment passwords or full card numbers.
- License Activation Data: Your TGTU activation code, irreversible device hardware hash (used solely to enforce your plan's concurrent device limit), OS version, and license expiration status.
- Startup & Anonymous Runtime Diagnostics: Upon launch, the client sends a lightweight heartbeat ping to our official telemetry endpoint containing an irreversible device hash, client version, and OS type (plus license status if activated) to measure version stability. We never collect the URLs you visit or the media files you capture.

Order and licensing data is used strictly to deliver activation codes, manage concurrent device bindings, issue invoices, provide technical support, and comply with statutory accounting requirements. All network communications are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
