This Agreement is entered into between you and 上海跃町网络科技有限公司 ('we' or 'us') as the operator of the TuGet website and TuGet Desktop software. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing a license or using the software.
1. Scope of Software & License
TuGet Desktop provides desktop tools for batch web image and media extraction and local archiving. Upon purchasing a commercial license, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the TuGet Desktop software during the agreed validity period on up to the agreed maximum number of devices.
2. Acceptable Use & Copyright Disclaimer
This software is provided solely as a general-purpose technical utility and does not grant you any rights to access, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit third-party copyrighted content. You must strictly comply with the terms of service of target websites, intellectual property laws, and applicable regulations.
3. Payment & Instant License Delivery
Online orders are processed securely through our official Alipay or Stripe checkout channels. Once payment is confirmed, the system automatically issues a TGTU-format activation code on the confirmation page and sends a backup copy to your order email. If you do not receive the email due to a typo, please contact support with your order number.
4. Device Binding & Transfers
Activation codes are bound to the number of Windows computers specified by your plan. If you reach the device limit due to hardware replacement or OS reinstallation, please contact official customer support with your order receipt for assistance.
5. Invoicing Policy
We provide official electronic invoices for individual and corporate customers. After completing payment, send your order number and billing details to service@yueding168.com, and we will process your invoice within 1–3 business days.
6. Refund Policy
Because activation codes are digital software goods that take effect immediately upon delivery, orders are considered consumed once issued and activated. Except where required by applicable law or when a verified, unresolvable software defect is confirmed by support, no-reason refunds are not supported.
